This warranty outlines the service conditions for devices purchased through ASBC Georgia. It covers repair or replacement services in accordance with Georgian law and manufacturer policies.
1️⃣ Warranty Service Coverage

1.1. Warranty service includes free repair or replacement to restore proper device functionality.
1.2. Service type depends on product category:
- 📱 iPhone – repair warranty
- 🎧 AirPods – replacement warranty (for damaged parts)
- 💻 MacBook, iMac, Mac Studio – replacement warranty
- 📱 iPad – replacement warranty
- ⌚ Apple Watch – replacement warranty
- 📺 Apple TV – repair warranty
- 🔌 Apple accessories (with or without serial number) – replacement warranty
- 🎵 Bang & Olufsen – both repair and replacement warranty
1.3. Warranty conditions comply with Article 17 of the Georgian Law on Consumer Rights and section 1.1 of this document.
The provider will decide whether repair or replacement is most appropriate based on official guidelines.
2️⃣ Terms and Conditions of Warranty Service

2.1. APPLE products have a 1-year warranty from the factory. You can check your warranty here: checkcoverage.apple.com
2.2. Bang & Olufsen products follow the official factory warranty. Check details here: bang-olufsen.com
2.3. Warranty services are carried out in Georgia at the authorized APPLE service center "iSupport", located at N12, Sulkhan Tsintsadze Street, Tbilisi.
2.4. Warranty applies only to hardware defects due to factory issues.
2.5. Buyers must immediately report defects and stop using the faulty product.
2.6. To claim warranty service, present:
- Seller’s warranty letter
- Purchase proof (receipt, installment agreement, or bill of lading)
The documentation must include: product name, serial number or IMEI, buyer identity, date of purchase, seller’s stamp, employee name, and buyer’s signature.
3️⃣ Specific Warranty Conditions

3.1. Diagnostics take 1–3 working days. If a defect is intermittent, diagnostics may take 1–7 working days.
3.2. Warranty repair/replacement is completed within 30 working days after diagnostics.
3.3. After completion, the buyer must officially accept the serviced item.
3.4. FMI (Find My iPhone) must be disabled by the user or credentials provided.
3.5. ASBC recommends backing up personal data before presenting the device in factory reset mode.
3.6. Warranty is void if damage is caused by misuse, storage issues, or violation of official instructions.
4️⃣ Legal Provisions

4.1. This warranty complies with the Civil Code of Georgia and Consumer Protection Law. In case of conflict, the law prevails.
